We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed, perplexed, but not in despair, persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.

Love Shouldn’t Hurt

Crushed But Not Broken is a non-profit, faith-based organization. Our hope is to bring the community together with a better understanding of what domestic violence is and who it effects and how.

Vision Statement: Crushed But Not Broken was founded to help women and children in crisis domestic violence relationships.

Mission Statement: To provide shelter and hope to women and children in a domestic violence situation.

We can work together to bring HOPE and HEALING to these women and children.

Word Graphic: "Do something today that your future self will thank you for."

On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States.

1 in 3 women will be victims of some form of physical violence by an intimate partner within their lifetime.

5 million children witness domestic violence each year in the U.S.

Children who grow up in a domestic violence home are 6 TIMES more likely to commit suicide.

PEOPLE ARE

sharing their stories

“…with Sheli and my CBNB sisters by my side, they showed me I was NOT BROKEN, and through all the bad time and good I have gained a New Family and I am very thankful to all of them!”

Holly

“…I have learned about the red flags of abuse, that it is ok to be angry… that you will learn to let go of the anger in your own time. I have just learned so much.”

Velda

“…it definitely helped me find myself again.  After years of being beat down and broken down, talked down to they helped me realize I’m not alone in the world.”

Diane

We offer hope to the broken.

Terror

I was running through the house screaming at the top of my lungs. The kind of scream that a girl uses when she is being chased by something – you know, like one of those horror movie screams.
